I have a very bad habit of consuming content – be it reels, blogs, videos (mostly educational) right before I go to bed. So depending on the feed’s algorithm, it pretty much decides whether I sleep that night or not.
Tonight’s f**k up was the reels that were all about making money and what not. One of them is the idea of starting agency. Let me be honest, starting something of my own has been the biggest checklist in my life, something like ONE project I can focus instead of trying to do 100 projects at once and staying awake until I get exhausted.

So I’m trying practice something new how do I reduce my screen time. My average screen time per day is 6-8 hours sometimes 9 hours, sometimes even 12 hours. That’s outrageous. So I want to be responsible for my actions and see if I can reduce it.
How am I gonna do it?
No idea but these are few ways I thought I can try –
- Do not start your day by scrolling.
- Do not end your day by scrolling.
What can I understand from this, Instagram is the culprit. The app that eats my precious time and controls my damn sleep, I mean its me trying to force myself to get tired by writing this blog.
But no effect, so I need to figure out a way sleep tonight. But I will try to show progress here and actually write a guide if it actually helps.
Until then, ciao!
